โก๏ธโก๏ธโก๏ธ New to Inbox
Inbox is now providing a new capability to managers who assign and oversee records that need processing. Now you can also choose tasks to be automatically unassigned if not completed in a timely manner. In addition, you can limit how many tasks each operator can handle at once. This will help them focus and avoid taking on too many tickets.
Another small but useful improvement is a new range picker in the Inbox' backlog that allows you to filter tasks by date.
Never heard of Inbox?
๐ฅ ย Coming soon
We are close to release significant improvements to forms. Here is what you can expect to see on Forest Admin in October:
๐ Forms
Forms are essential when operators need to give input before triggering action, like blocking a user or issuing a refund. Currently, they have many features (including various widgets), but next month they will provide even more options. You will be able to add a description to the smart actions form, guide users through multiple pages and customize its layout with columns, separators, and new formatting options.
That's all folks! If you have any questions about the new features, don't hesitate to let us know.
