We interviewed Nathanaël, CTO and cofounder at Dift, a fintech helping bridge the gap between Businesses and Nonprofits.

In this episode, Our Head of Marketing, Guillaume interviewed Nathanaël Romano, Co-founder and CTO of Dift.
Nathanaël explained Dift's mission to enhance corporate generosity and outlines various fundraising programs like Dift (gift+donation cards), loyalty points donations, and adding solidarity elements to existing financial services.
They both went through the topic of co-building with a corporate customer - Accor, which has been a massive success story for all involved with more than €500K given to nonprofits in 90 countries.
This was also the opportunity to discuss Dift's strong tech and product-oriented culture and what it means in Fintech, and to dive into the use of AI to simplify operations. Nathanaël also explained the importance of balancing innovation with maintaining human relationships in the nonprofit sector.
Finally, they touched on navigating AI implementation effectively within the business, as well as playing with AI agents, with Nathanël giving precious tips on writing long copy with AI (don't, unless...) or filtering AI-ready tasks in the team with the "ten-grader test".
